Our Philosophy & Why Work With Us?
“A goal without a plan is just a wish.” — Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
Most Visionsaries don’t struggle because they lack ideas. They struggle because execution, accountability, and operational discipline haven’t kept pace with growth.
As a CPA as well as a Fractional Integrator, I bring an analytical and operational foundation that helps leadership teams move from reacting to running a business with clarity and intention. I don’t just help create plans, I help ensure they get executed.
With a unique blend of financial expertise, operational leadership, and execution, I help firms identify bottlenecks, improve decision-making, and create accountability throughout the organization.
❋ CPA + Operator + IntegratorHaving spent more than a decade working with law firms, I understand the mechanics behind sustainable growth. From intake and operations to billing, leadership alignment, and team accountability, I know what it takes to build a scalable firm.
❋ Law Firm Growth ExpertiseLed by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
❋Execution Without Drama
Meet Sharon
Sharon Means,CPA, has been an Integrator for professional services firms for many years. But she had been a natural integrator all her life, even before she had a label for it.
Starting her career as a CPA, she has worked in the accounting industry for many years, helping Professional Services Firms as a CFO. Becoming a Fractional Integrator in 2018, she married that advisory role into her new role as a Fractional Integrator. Her extensive experience includes working with accounting, law, and technology firms and their unique needs and challenges each form of ownership presents.
We can help.
Clarity
Clarity refers to achieving a clear and shared understanding of an organization's vision, goals, priorities, roles, and expectations.
Accountability
As a Fractional Integrator, I acts as the ”bridge” between the Visionary owner and the rest of the team to foster better communication and accountability while clarifying the vision.
