What is C.A.P

We have a three-part process to roll out our services. These sections are Clarity, Accountability, and Playbook. These three words come together to form the acronym CAP. Below we will review all three services, what they stand for, and how we achieve them.

Clarity

  • Clarity refers to achieving a clear and shared understanding of an organization's vision, goals, priorities, roles, and expectations. Clarity also extends to having transparent communication channels, clear decision-making processes, and a well-defined organizational structure.

  • Vision - the core focus, core values, 3 unique, proven processes, and three-year picture of the organization

    Traction - Taking the Three-year picture and using it to create the One Year Plan - and further breaking it into the 90-day goals

    Run Weekly Leadership team meetings (L10) and Weekly Same Page meetings with the Visionary

Accountability

  • As a Fractional Integrator, Sharon walks that fine line between holding the Leadership Team accountable and maintaining healthy relationships by being honest and open with them. Integrators act as the ”bridge” between the Visionary owner and the rest of the team to foster better communication and accountability while clarifying the vision.

  • Brainstorming scorecard data (KPIs) to track weekly and ensuring your Scorecard is effective

    1:1 meetings with the leadership team to hold them accountable for meeting their ROCKs for the quarter.

    Confirms that all key messages are consistently and adequately cascaded across the organization. Verifies that a high level of effective communication exists throughout the organization

  • In her capacity as a CPA, Sharon understands the importance of efficiency and effectiveness in business operations. Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement to streamline operations, reduce redundancies, and optimize resource allocation.
