That Cavaliers 2016 Championship poster on the wall? My kids bought it for me one Christmas; they knew how much that comeback season meant to me. Every time I look at it, I think about that team’s grit, the belief that no game (or quarter) is ever really over, and how much can change when you trust the people beside you.

Right below it is my Peloton — my reset button. It’s where I clear my head before the day starts or unwind after it ends. Some of my best ideas and biggest moments of clarity come mid-ride, somewhere between the music, the sweat, and the reminder that consistency beats perfection every time.

It’s funny how certain spaces hold your story — the wins, the lessons, the reminders to keep showing up.
